Dana has over 15-years of experience in real estate and construction. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Idaho and has a transactional law background, which includes experience in entity formation, drafting/negotiating contracts, managing corporately held commercial real estate, and managing construction contracts. Prior to SBSA, Dana worked with the in-house real estate team at a multi-billion dollar international company, helping manage 30-million square feet of real estate, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, and construction. Dana teaches courses in risk management and contracting fundamentals for several trade organizations and also teaches at North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He is an instructor for the Emerging Leaders Program offered by the Small Business Administration in Spokane, Washington and an active volunteer in the community.

Jonathan came to work at SBSA after receiving his undergraduate degree in 2013. Jonathan has utilized his communicative expertise gained through academia to provide daily administrative, writing, and editing support. During his five years with the company, he has served as the primary editor for the litigation, roof, and single-family departments.
