Bio

Dana has over 15-years of experience in real estate and construction. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Idaho and has a transactional law background, which includes experience in entity formation, drafting/negotiating contracts, managing corporately held commercial real estate, and managing construction contracts. Prior to SBSA, Dana worked with the in-house real estate team at a multi-billion dollar international company, helping manage 30-million square feet of real estate, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, and construction. Dana teaches courses in risk management and contracting fundamentals for several trade organizations and also teaches at North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He is an instructor for the Emerging Leaders Program offered by the Small Business Administration in Spokane, Washington and an active volunteer in the community.

During his five years with the company, he has served as the primary editor for the litigation, roof, and single-family departments.

Chanel received her undergraduate degree in 2011 and went to work in the healthcare and education industries as an administrator and educator.  Chanel joined the SBSA Texas Division office in 2019 as a member of the administrative staff.  Chanel utilizes her professional experience to support SBSA with daily administrative tasks, communication between clients and vendors, and marketing the objectives of SBSA in Texas.

Bio

Norman Pfeifer, CD (Certified Drafter) has been drafting for more than 33 years. He received his Drafting Certification (ADDA) in 2001. He came to work at SBSA in 2010. His experience in drafting entails many disciplines: Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and much more. He also has experience with CAD software such as:  AutoCAD rel-9 thru rel-2015, Microstation 95 thru Microstation J, and various other CAD software editions. In addition to his drafting work at SBSA, he received his Certification as a Home Inspector (CHI) in 2005. Since 2006, he has performed more than 28 residential home inspections.
