For client Red Chair Realty Richard Sidoroff designed an adaptive reuse of Denver’s historic 1888 Airedale Building into an upscale hostel for hotelier Chad Fish. The second and third floors of the Building, which is on the State Register of Historic Places, were fitted with new hotel rooms configured into the existing center hall corridor walls, which were preserved in order to receive state historic tax credits for the project. As part of the renovation a new building entry, elevator lobby and new elevator were added to the side of the existing structure.

San Diego-based Property Manager ColRich Communities retained SBSA to design an addition to and renovation of the existing Leasing Office and Fitness Center Building at the Tuscan Heights Apartment complex. The addition and renovations will provide an independent and enhance building entry for the Leasing Office and enlarged and enhanced facilities for the Fitness Center.

For client Red Chair Realty Richard Sidoroff designed a mixed-use urban infill project in Denver’s historic Sunnyside neighborhood. The 17,000 GSF complex contains a mix of Retail, Live-Work and Residential uses arranged around a landscaped interior courtyard space and is designed as a historically-sensitive yet contemporary addition to the existing 1920’s one-story retail structure on-site, which was renovated into a restaurant as part of the project scope.

In 2013-2014 SBSA’s Richard Sidoroff completed designs for the renovation of the Village Creek Apartments Clubhouse and Leasing Office in Westminster, CO. The project consisted of the complete renovation of the existing Clubhouse interiors as well as site redesign of the connected pool terrace and vehicular entry roundabout. The redesign of the 3,000 GSF structure features clean, colorful and durable contemporary design while the pool terrace incorporates a site feature wall and new paving.
