Harold’s background includes structural designs within the Denver metro area included Sil-Terhar Ford Dealership, 7-11, and structural design for several cement plants around the U.S. Harold has been in charge of structural and engineer of record for several mining facilities and power plants. He has experience in quality control including the review of structural designs, ensuring they were up to code and maintaining within budget.
