Justin has more than 20-years of engineering management experience providing expert managerial skills and high-level problem-solving techniques to real estate, construction, and government industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Management and through his professional and academic experience, Justin has acquired expertise in planning, organizing, allocating resources, and directing both technical and economic projects. He has project managed over $160 million in construction repair projects and conducted and/or directed more than 1,000 property condition assessments and capital reserve studies for common interest realty associations during the past 20 years. He has also been retained by many Colorado municipalities to perform comprehensive capital expenditure plans. Justin was designated the 59th Reserve Specialist (RS) in the United States in 2001. He was selected as President of the Community Associations Institute ― Rocky Mountain Chapter in 2007, served on the board of directors from 2002 through 2007 and has served on many committees during his tenure there.

Terry has more than 20-years of experience in exterior building consulting, assessment, and quality assurance. During his career, he has managed over 100 property condition assessments and capital reserve studies for common interest realty associations and Colorado municipalities. He has managed projects ranging in complexity from multi-family residential complexes to large municipal facilities. Having previously served as a technical representative for a major exterior building materials distributor, Terry is highly skilled in construction materials application and systems compatibility. His diverse background and years of experience enable him to assess property conditions with the keen attention to detail needed for these types of analyses and assessments.

Ryan previously worked in commercial real estate due diligence, where he prepared property condition assessments and environmental site assessments. Since joining SBSA, Ryan has been inducted as the 342nd Reserve Specialist through Community Associations Institute. Ryan is certified through NASSCO in their Pipeline Assessment Certification Program, Lateral Assessment Certification Program, and Manhole Assessment Certification Program. At SBSA, Ryan performs reserve studies, property assessments, intrusive testing, and construction observations.

Ethan’s experience in the construction field spans a wide range, from carpenter to general contractor to forensic specialist and currently as Manager of SBSA’s Texas Division. Ethan draws on this experience, as well as an earlier career as an educator, to connect with contractors, managers, designers, and owners throughout the construction cycle. In his current role with SBSA, Ethan engages in forensic investigation and documentation, repair and rehabilitation design, quality assurance, and ownership representation.

Bob has a wealth of experience in all phases of architecture, including design, construction administration, and project management. He has learned to reduce construction project issues due to a vast knowledge in risk management. During the last 20-years of Bob’s professional career, he has specialized in the field of construction contract administration, which has given him the opportunity to supervise and lead projects in this sector of construction. Having experience and knowledge as a Building Code official has also been a great asset to his architectural background, which includes continued education of the current International Building Codes, ANSI, and ADA accessibility standards. Bob also has experience as an expert witness on forensic/construction defect cases for a local Denver law firm reviewing third-party engineer reports.
